We went to the dealership looking to to buy a used vehicle after already dealing with a few different dealerships previously. Jerry Hall at Northtowne Hyundai was great to deal with. Jerry seam like they definitely wanted to have return customers and tried to make us happy as well as do their job. Then after all the fun stuff we were handed to Christiaan where we finalized everything and he was great as well. Friendly, very quick and painless with the paperwork. would definitely recommend this dealership. We set out to look for our daughter a car to purchase that day, this was our first stop. First of all it was very cold that day, no cars had been cleaned of snow. We went in and slipped in the walkway under the stairs where there was no rug, NO one seemed to care that we were there, it felt as though we were intruding on their time. Finally one man named Chris did approach us, once he found out we were not looking for brand new, he couldn't care less. My husband had to ask if we could go look at a few outside, even though they were covered in snow. Chris seemed "put out". We found one car we were interested in, he did not offer to clean it off for a test drive, or to show us anything in our price range. We left, went to Northtowne Mitsubishi and bought a car there from Carl Carleton, who was very happy to help us. And they had been working in the bitter cold to clean off cars so they could be seen and driven. More
