I had been in a car wreck (not my fault) LOL and my 2001 hyndai elantra was totalled. I was under some pressure to find a car as quickly as possible. I loved my old one, and now they are really a fun car to drive and I expect will be as dependable as the one I drove for 13 years. Tim even took me to the rental car place to return my rental, and helped me transfer bags from that car to my new car (as I had cleaned out my totalled car that day). Tim in financing was efficient and helpful too. Not trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and also finding me even a better interest rate. Prior to my visit to this dealership, my whole week had been stressful dealing with an accident claim, insurance companies, and just feeling that no one was really trying to help me. I initiated my contact with Northtowne via emailing a couple of questions about a used car profiled on the website. Jason emailed me back that evening asking additional questions and providing me with his contact information. I was unable to follow-up the next day but Jason made sure to let me know he was willing to help and answer any questions when I was ready: never pushy or pressuring me to make contact. When I did call, Jason was friendly, listened to my needs, provided upfront, honest answers, and reassured me that he would try his best to help me. Within 15 minutes of our first phone conversation, Jason called with information on a vehicle that he hoped would be of interest and I immediately made my way to the dealership within an hour. Once there, Jason made me feel comfortable, relaxed which was a first time all week I felt that way and immediately showed me the car we had discussed. Once I made the decision that this was the vehicle for me, Jason gathered my information and took it to Christiaan, the Finance Manager and both gentlemen got things going. Within 1 hour of walking into the dealership, I was walking out with a new car. I want to say thank you to these two individuals for making this situation a very pleasant experience and made me smile more than I had the whole week. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to come to this dealership and definitely seek Jason out in particular to help with finding the right vehicle that meets your needs, not those of the salesperson. I have given this car dealership excellent ratings because I dread car dealerships, because of past experiences; and never once did I get the feeling I was being lied to, manipulated, cheated, or anyt because I dread car dealerships, because of past experiences; and never once did I get the feeling I was being lied to, manipulated, cheated, or anything other than honest. If anything, I felt like I had dropped by to visit old friends; except with the benefit of taking home a car!!! I was treated with the utmost dignity, was given honest answers, and even extra helpful advice on how to repair my credit and get the best buy for my money (which was confirmed to be honest and true by outside sources). I can't thank Helen, Chris, and John enough for making this an experience of a lifetime, and setting the standard for how I expect to be treated when purchasing a vehicle!!!! I really feel like I got beyond the best deal that I could have possibly gotten! More

Our salesman Tim Manning was great and no pressure. We visited 4 dealers and this one gave us the best price. It is the second new car we have purchased from them. In fact we were done with the deal and I kept waiting for them and was surprised when we reached a reasonable price with a fair trade price with zero pressure. When I arrived at Northtowne Hyundai I was greeted right away by Josh. I had done my research and already knew what I wanted when I arrived. When I went inside the dealership it was very clean and all of the employees were very friendly and I think all of them offered me water and asked if I needed a chair while I was waiting. It was nice to know that even if I was not their customers they treated me like I was. Unfortunately due to the 2014 models coming in soon there was only 2 cars available that I was looking for. Josh was very patient as I made some decisions. I decided to loosen the grip on what I was looking for as long as it had the packages I was looking for because as I say, "I live on the inside of the car not the outside." I ended up with my second choice of color which I still love as much as my first choice and I got all the packages I wanted on the inside of the car. The only thing I didn't like about the car was the rims and they were more than happy to trade them out with another car. I can honestly say that Josh was very helpful and in no way did he try and push a car on me that I wasn't going to be happy with. He was very patient and gave me time to think things through, he didn't want me to make the wrong decision. I felt very comfortable through the whole experience. I left a happy camper and if Josh is still around when it comes time for another vehicle, I will most definitely be coming back to him! :) More
