Northtowne Volkswagen, Hyundai, Mazda

We knew that we wanted to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe but it was extremely difficult to find the one we wanted. We contacted about a dozen different Hyundai dealers from Columbia to Wichita and Mike Crutcher at was extremely difficult to find the one we wanted. We contacted about a dozen different Hyundai dealers from Columbia to Wichita and Mike Crutcher at Northtowne Hyundai in Kansas City was the most down to earth, non-slimy, real-person salesman with whom we interacted. We actually met Mike first but he didn't have the Santa Fe with the tech package so our quest began. We finally determined that if we gave our business to anyone we wanted it to be Mike. In the end we did decide to take the Santa Fe without the tech package (which meant we could now get one just about anywhere) but we knew of only one dealer we wanted to support, and that was Mike Crutcher. Additionally, we had a "Hyundai Friends and Family" certificate to use toward our new vehicle. This discount makes our sale great for us and not-as-great for the dealer. Other dealers we spoke to would tell us they could not get our price down all the way to the price on the certificate...or they would try...or they just couldn't match it if they had to go get a car. Mike said that our discount certificate would make the negotiations easy. He'd just plug in the number and that would be it. And that is what he did. We got the deal we had been given on the certificate, with great ease. The manager introduced himself to us and really made himself available to us if we needed anything. And Christian Beavers made the financial end of the process smooth. I will recommend Northtowne Hyundai, and especially Mike Crutcher, to every person I know who is car shopping. Great, great experience all around. More

My husband and I went in to find a used vehicle and Joey helped us browse around. He showed us several cars but nothing clicked. We liked the price and the overall appearance of the elantra. This car has some great features and the best is the hatchback with back seats that fold down flat for our big dog Hank. He has not been able to get in yet, but we know he is excited about it. Thanks again Joey for all your help and congrats on the new baby. This is a great place to shop for a new or used vehicle.
