My husband and I were looking for a car with no leather seats, no moon roof and did not want black. So after dealing with Torry Meade and Northtowne Hyundai we drove off in a 2012 Black Elantra with tan le seats, no moon roof and did not want black. So after dealing with Torry Meade and Northtowne Hyundai we drove off in a 2012 Black Elantra with tan leather seats and a Sun/Moon roof! We have bought two other Elantras in the past for our daughters and were very happy so we decided we would try another one. We had a very pleasant experience and are very happy with our (Black) Elantra! I especially like the fact that Torry was so easy to deal with. I'm a Purchasing Manager so dealing with salesmen is a daily occurrence. And beleive me it's not always pleasent. Within just a few minutes of speaking with Rod we were truly impressed with his vehicle knowledge, true professionalism and what I think is a real love for his job. He incuded backgound history on the car line, a very detailed description of the warranty and the various options of each of the vehicals we looked at. He shows a true confidance in what he is selling. The warranty package and the extended warranty options are the best we found. We drive an "average" of close 100-miles a day. We have owned the car for only 1 week today and have already driven over 800 miles. I have since the purchase of the car provided Rod's business cards to others who trust my word with hopes if they do decide to look at Hyundai they will make the effort to ask for Rod Brown.
