Covid protocols seems very lax. Unvaccinated person came to drive me home w/o a mask. Hard to reach on the phone. I always had to leave a message, and then someone would call back when I missed the phone, to drive me home w/o a mask. Hard to reach on the phone. I always had to leave a message, and then someone would call back when I missed the phone, and we played phone tag for days. The driver who took me on the shuttle ran a red light after only 2 minutes in the car, and then brushed it off like nothing. But the folks who actually worked on the car seemed good. More

Service dept. after spending over $300.00 dollars they can’t diagnose the problem. I was told to come back when “it” happens again, really? it’s intermittent.
