When I had to bring the car back 9 days after I bought it for an extended service appointment because the home charger wouldn’t work, I was given a horrible tuna can Hertz Rent a Car as a loaner. The charger should have been checked before I drove away with the new car. 68 days after the purchase they still haven’t sent the permanent plates I know they received more than 10 days ago. I still don’t have the payment book from GM Financial because the finance guy missed something we needed to sign. I called him to find out where my payment book was and he realized I needed to sign something else. I have now had to hunt around to find where to send my first payment because I still don’t have the information and the payment is due in 10 days. The sales man was very helpful but didn’t explain the benefits of the EV Go credit vs credit to install a home charger. When I called finance 3 days later to see if I could change it, he never called me back. When I was at the dealership 10 days after the purchase, he told me it was too late to change. I still don’t have the EV Go account info yet. I have to honestly say, it hasn’t felt like Cadillac service More

Mathew was extremely sweet and helpful although he wasn’t going to work the day I was coming in he set me up to be with Tin. Now Tin is one of the kindest, honest, hard working humans I have ever met in the going to work the day I was coming in he set me up to be with Tin. Now Tin is one of the kindest, honest, hard working humans I have ever met in the car industry. He never once tried to sell me. Being a female I brought my boyfriend to come and make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. I ended up purchasing two vehicles from Tin and will always end up calling him directly for all my car needs. Their manager Mario was extremely personable and got on the phone himself to thank me after I bought both vehicles. Any issues I had they were promptly on and never let me down. For anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership I would only recommend speaking to these guys. They know that integrity means everything and you never know who will come walking thru the door ready to purchase a car cash out right. They treated me with respect, had humility the entire time and I couldn’t thank their manager enough. Tin deserves a raise and Mario is managing an epic team. Thanks guys! More
