There were specific "must'haves" I was looking for, and he found a vehicle with every item and did what it took to get the vehicle to the dealership. Salesman was good and helpful, but dealership? Sansom helped us trade in our car on a new one. The dealership financial guy up sold me to a breakdown policy that was suppose to cover everything bum Sansom helped us trade in our car on a new one. The dealership financial guy up sold me to a breakdown policy that was suppose to cover everything bumper to bumper. His words. Then when I went to have it service the service department found a small screw in my tire. The said they could not fix it because it was too close to the sidewall and I would have to buy a 200 dollar tire. So much for the bumper to bumper. I took the car to Les Schwab tire for a second opinion. They took the tire off and fixed it for free. They said the screw was way out of the way of rendering the tire unrepairable. More

Sansom made our buying experience a pleasure This was our second experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. We had run into similar issues at other dealerships as our first time shopping This was our second experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. We had run into similar issues at other dealerships as our first time shopping around; aggressive salesmen. As a female making the decision, I will go out of my way and even pay more to not be bullied, speed-talked, and attempted swindling. Sansom was such a breath of fresh air to negotiate with . He was consistent, friendly, and had a sense of humor. In the end, I really wanted him to have the sale because of his unusually pleasant demeanor. We still got the price we wanted with the car we wanted, but the experience was joyful. Thank you Sansom! More

Absolute worst car buy experience I have ever had. I had to stand up and scream at the credit manager to get things taken off the contract I didn’t want.
