I Took my car in for a specific problem. I asked for a loaner car. I was told “they don’t do that any more.” I was told I could drop it off before they opened and have a shuttle bring me ba I asked for a loaner car. I was told “they don’t do that any more.” I was told I could drop it off before they opened and have a shuttle bring me back after work to pick it up. No communication all day. After work I texted that I was ready to be picked up. Finally a text that it was not ready. Will tomorrow be okay? They offered to take me home. I live across town. More wait at work. Nearly two hours later I found a ride to the dealers. I was finally given a loaner car. I was beyond frustrated. The next day I was informed my car was ready. I picked it up after work, drove it home. The next day drive to work. After work, started my car and the check engine light is on. I called. Need to bring it back in. Need to wait until Monday and IF they can find a loaner car they will text me. I better NOT be charged for anything! More

They did a wonderful job of accommodating an islander who needed a loaner. They didn’t call and tell me about a different issue that needed to be fixed.
