Bad to great I brought my 2015 Silverado in for service ,next morning I noticed some damage to my truck after work I went to dealership, with knots in my stomach I brought my 2015 Silverado in for service ,next morning I noticed some damage to my truck after work I went to dealership, with knots in my stomach not knowing how it would be handled . I asked to talk to a manager who came out and look at the damage. I was treated with respect they assessed the damage immediately made an appointment to take care of it . My truck has been serviced there since new and I will continue to get it serviced there thank you to the great team at North West Chevrolet . Thanx Paul More
Terrible Experience All Around Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. I went here to get an alignment and I will never go back. They took my money, but didn't align my truck because it was missing some things that were needed to align it. They didn't offer to help and still charged me for an alignment. Also, when I was trying to get a status on my truck, I called about 4-5 times and got a voicemail every time. The customer service of everyone I dealt with was horrific. I tried calling the manager to work something out because I was disappointed with my experience, but to no surprise, I got his voicemail and no returned call, so here I am. Now I have to pay to get an alignment, AGAIN. More
Darby is the best!!!! I went in to get my oil change and a recall done in my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe I had to drop off my car really early in the morning and go to work. When I came back to pick up my car I was very pleased to see that my car was nice and sparkly cleanse I approached the service bay. As I've walked in I met Darby she had a nice big smile on her face and was very professional and friendly. Darby went over repair order with me, what they did on warranty repair and also told me that they have taken care of my tire that had a nail in it. I was very pleased with the high professionalism of this service advisor and would recommend her to anyone that wants to have a good, honest experience. As I was leaving the service bay and going towards my car I was very happy and satisfied with the service I’ve received. when I sat in my car I’ve noticed that my car was vacuumed inside as well. I will go back and see Darby and her team when ever is needed. More

Shady place #1. If you buy a Lifted truck here have it inspected and make sure they have the proper custom fit that's needed in the front Driveline axle or U-Join #1. They ripped me off and they are so sleezy to make sure that your warranty or extended warranty is voided when damages occur. And the extended warranty is complete garbage. It covers literally nothing. #2. "The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act" look it up and I verified myself and it's 100% REAL. I called the Federal Trades Commission to ask myself and they said yes it is valid. #3. These people are trying to make me pay for something that they messed up on when they added a lift kit. What REAL PROFESSIONALS right? I go in to visually inspect it myself and these people so confidentially told me not even 5 mins being there what the issue was. All that and they only paid for a $600 part and the rest I'm supposed to pay. 1000's of dollars. #4. I learned my lesson real good at this place. Here's a funny story. When I was finishing up the paper work the dude who does the final papers before handing over the car. His office is towards the left back office. Anyways I told this guy I don't want GAP insurance and he said we don't let people takes cars off our lot without it. Im filing a small claims with these people and funny thing as I'm looking through the papers on white and black all cap letters that I DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE GAP INSURANCE IF I DONT WANT TO ITS OPTIONAL. Your better off going to Toyota. My girl and family have been going there and have not had a single issue with there cars. And you can buy a brand spanking new car at Toyota for a fraction of what they mark up in price on a used car at NW Chevrolet of Bellingham. #5. Please remember you as a customer have the right to have YOUR MECHANIC OR SHOP inspect it for you before you consider buying from NW Chevrolet of Bellingham. #6. Honestly if your even looking for a great deal and want to avoid high prices in this area, just go down south to Seattle or Tacoma area. More

This is Friday and I still have not heard from anyone. Must be to busy to help someone who purchased this car from the dealership NEW. Called another company they took the car and and fixed it the same day. Will go to them again. It was a front wheel bearing. To bad for the Cadallic dealer lost this customer. Pat More
Service Manager Stepped Up My daughter brought her car into service after she had a check engine light and loss of power warning light appear. They discovered that the code was My daughter brought her car into service after she had a check engine light and loss of power warning light appear. They discovered that the code was listed for a throttle body issue. They replaced the throttle body and I picked up the car. The repair cost was 550.00. I then drove her car to Les Schwab to get 4 new tires installed and an alignment.(Christmas present from Me and wife). I noticed after driving the car for 15 minutes that it was idling rough at intersections and I loss power a couple of times when accelerating. I called the service department and told them I would be bringing it back in the next morning. I showed up the next morning and they came back at me with a coil in the number two cylinder is causing the problem and by the way plugs should get replaced at 100K (car has 95K). Of course I was very upset. I explained how I felt and then the service manager was called. Mike Bowthorpe (Service Manager) sat down with me and listened to my concerns. Bow did not want to lose my daughter's business and would like to make things right. He offered to fix the coil and replace all 4 spark plugs for Free. Bow then came out after they pulled the plugs and showed my the corrosion on one of them. It would have been great if they would have taken the time during the first visit to look at the plugs, etc. but I feel they may have been too focused on the Codes. Ultimately, Bow made it right and besides having to wait some extra time I am happy to recommend NW Chevrolet of Bellingham for service and I will be advising my daughter to visit them when she is ready for a new vehicle.
