I moved to the Houston area in 2017, and started servicing my Ram 1500 at NWCJDR. I had positive experiences with this and it seemed like they put in the extra effort to make it convenient. I wound up buying a new Ram 1500 from them in 2023. I felt like they were transparent throughout the process and explained different aspects of purchasing and finance very well. I purchased the truck from them vs. some local alternatives, and I rated it highly. I got the last call bug for the Dodge Challengers in late 2023. I settled in on a dealer's choice option model that was the best in my mind. It happened to be a dealer's choice on a 2023 Challenger Hellcat in B5 Blue! My favorite! The options were almost exactly what I would have chosen. The salesperson, Greg Lavenston, did a great job of showing the car and it's features. I had several concerns about purchasing a vehicle like this, and he came up with solutions for them all. As long as I get good service, I will continue to work with NWCJDR. More

Brought in my 2022 Ram 2500 with 20k miles on it for some warranty work. NCJDR wanted $200 per issue to diagnose and determine if the issues were covered under warranty.
