Once the problem had been confirmed he reached out to me to schedule work once the part was secured from Dallas the next day. He contacted me to notify me that the car was ready and schedule pickup. He explained that one apparent problem had been resolved by addressing the primary problem, but that if the car warned me about it, what the most likely fix was. More
