I believe management has changed & it is no longer Northwest Dodge. I had an appointment at 11:30 am & did not leave until after 2pm. The customer service rep was great but not until I stood around aw Northwest Dodge. I had an appointment at 11:30 am & did not leave until after 2pm. I let them know that I wanted to use my Dodge Credit card points when I walked through the door but not until AFTER they rung me up did they tell me I needed to do that before on the app to use them. Would have been nice to know while I was having lunch so I could have done it then. Service at this dealership has been on the decline for awhile now. I was previously turned away for an Express oil change at 4:45 pm when they close at 6 pm. More
