The service ended up being good, but it took over 3 hours to change the oil, fuel it up and put on the new plates. I was not happy it took over 2 weeks to get an answer from the serve person and your service dept who gave an absurd and very costly list of repairs of nearly $4000 they claim were needed in order to get from the serve person and your service dept who gave an absurd and very costly list of repairs of nearly $4000 they claim were needed in order to get the extended warrenty.on my car. I was required to pay $300 upfront to your finance manager.which took 3 extra days to get my refund which tied up my money after several calls to the service person, manager of your dealership and also to your finance manager. On top of this frustrating ordeal, I was previously quoted very high prices for other routine service work in the same vehicle and now with such a terrible experience again, I will never ever do business with this dealership again!
