Poor customer care. Had my car repaired without my approval. Cost almost $1300 in order to get my car back. Got a $350 refund for something I didn’t want done in the first place. When I got it back, the car drove horribly and another check engine light popped up. Took it back to them and they said it was another code and was going to cost me a significant amount of money. They also said they recommend not driving it as the problem could become exponentially worse. They tried convincing me that maybe I should just trade my car in. I had it towed somewhere else that fixed the problem in 2 days and cost me WAY under what the dealership quoted me. The car drove great. Had another check engine light come back on that read the same code as the one the dealership “fixed” that cost me ~1300. Tried visiting in person, calling, leaving voicemails, no return call back. To make a customer pay that large amount of money when they didn’t even approve and the problem not be fixed is absolutely unacceptable. A dealership complaint will be filed as I have tried to contact them multiple times to get this issue resolved and I hear nothing back. More

I scheduled an oil change for my Audi Q3 that I purchased last year, but when I got to the service center, they said that they did not have the correct parts required for the oil change so they needed to ord last year, but when I got to the service center, they said that they did not have the correct parts required for the oil change so they needed to order them. This should have been done prior to scheduling my service appointment. I was told the wait would be 1 hour to secure the parts and another hour for the oil change, but nearly 4 hours went by until my car was finally serviced. This is unacceptable. I was also told that I should not have been sold the package that provided three free oil changes, but I appreciate that we are still able to honor this. My car requires an oil change Every 10,000 miles and the sticker they put on my car says to come back at 60,000 miles which is only 5000 miles from where I am at today. My oil changes expire less than a year from now so I expect Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram to honor my three oil changes Per every 10,000 miles, which will surely exceed March next year. I was pleased to be offered a free detail for my unpleasant experience for which I am certainly grateful that the service center was able to offer me that, and I thank you for this! However, these things need to be addressed, so that future customers don’t have to go through what I went through. More
