Waiting 5 hours for a regular oil change and rotation while having an appointment. Missing my request and trying to charge me twice. Incorrect/misleading information between the mechanic and service advisor. And it goes on) I used to come here despite all the inconvenience cause I had a wonderful time with all the other departments members. specially sales as they are helpful but to be honest service locations will be my last option and my car cannot take it. My Jeep Gladiator was in the shop 4 times before they figured out it was the third brake light that was grounded. They changed 4 batteries trying to figure it out. The service advisor would only text me and then wouldnt even return text when i ask questions. He scheduled me a ride and had the pickup location wrong twice and the delivery location wrong once. The Service Manager did come talk to me after they tried to charge me for the fourth battery. He seemed nice and tried to explain the problem. More
