My Jeep Gladiator was in the shop 4 times before they figured out it was the third brake light that was grounded. They changed 4 batteries trying to figure it out. The Service Manager did come talk to me after they tried to charge me for the fourth battery. He seemed nice and tried to explain the problem. More
