Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge - Texas

I had a recall on my truck and when I brought it in, I informed the service writer that I had a burnt out running light. The technician fixed the recall issue and I was told that my tail light was workin informed the service writer that I had a burnt out running light. The technician fixed the recall issue and I was told that my tail light was working now, because it was somehow malfunctioning due to a sensor. 2 weeks later the tail light went out again. During my last scheduled oil change, I told the service writer that it was out again and I asked to have the technician check it and let me know. Well, instead of letting me know, he changed the bulb and the service writer tried to charge me $100. Anyways, it's out again and I'm totally over Northwest Dodge and not just because of this issue.
