If i could give a zero I would! This placed scammed me twice! They had my car for over 3 weeks giving me the run around for the part. Not answering my questions. The Managers Khara This placed scammed me twice! They had my car for over 3 weeks giving me the run around for the part. Not answering my questions. The Managers Khara & Daniel was no help! Kristen the advisor was no help! They never gave me the time frame for the back order of my part. I had to get that information for another dodge dealer who not only told me the time frames but also found the part for me at another dealer! Daniel charged me expedited fee for the parts after his staff lied and said it was no part in the US! My car could have been finished in less than a week if they did their job. Also my car drivers horrible but I’m scared to take it back because I told Daniel with all the complaining I did I felt they would do something to my car and they did! My check engine lite came in and it’s riding hard. They fixed my shifter which should have been fixed in June of 2022! I brought my car from them. I will NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN! I will alway tell people how the treated me and scammed me! More
