We made an appointment online with our advisor Kristen at 8am only to find out 30 minutes from another irate customer that she didn’t come in until 10. The canned Text messages were not helpful and it took over 2 weeks to get our son’s vehicle back with only one of the 2 concerns addressed. When my wife inquired about the 2nd concern he said that I told him not to worry about the transmission issue, which was far from the truth and she was in the room listening to our conversation. This is by far the worst service experience we have had in our 20 years here in the Houston area and will not continue our service with this dealership and will recommend others stay away as well. More
