There's evidence that a technician may have taken the vehicle for many test drives, due to their significant increase in odometer milage and their phone bluetooth connection profile still existing in the system. But, that is probably prudent in order to test out the repair work. I also discovered that the headlights had been switched from Auto to the off position (almost too late while driving at night - look up "Phantom vehicles"), the rearview mirror dimmer was turned off and the setting to honk the horn on the 2nd lock button press was changed to be on 1st press. While a bit annoying, I was able to easily reconfigure the preferences and delete the technician's phone connection. So far, the repair has held up without further incident. More

Went for a recall, unable to complete recall due to parts; was told it would take a week for parts to arrive and someone would call me. I was very surprised with the entire experience. I was expecting pressure salesman and being overwhelmed. The opposite was the case. I felt no pressure and the only displeasure I had was the amount I was expecting pressure salesman and being overwhelmed. The opposite was the case. I felt no pressure and the only displeasure I had was the amount of time it took to finalize the deal. Even that, was not as bad as I expected. Everything was done in under 3 hours. I've yet to deal with the service department, but I truly believe that it will not be a problem. I will not go to any other dealership. Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has made customer for life.
