Horrible service! I love the sales but the service department is awful. Some of them are rude, it’s takes 3.5 hours to get an oil change. I like the alto but after being out for 3 hours, im ready to get my car and head home. It takes them an hour sometimes to answer so I can get back to the dealership. I need to get abwindshiel because of the recall and I can’t get a loaner, yet y’all want to keep my car for 2 days. I was told a couple times that I can’t get my oil change because I need the windshield. If y’all would give me a loaner, I would get the windshield. Awful service department!! More

I have taken my Ram 1500 there since purchasing the truck and have had them do all the scheduled services. There have been some service reps that were real bad and there have been a few that were stellar. and have had them do all the scheduled services. The facility is always clean, and they have nice amenities if you are waiting for a quick service to be performed. My last service visit, I worked with a service rep named Mel Hanvlet. I was super satisfied with her attentiveness to my concerns and were pleasant demeanor throughout the visit. She truly made all the difference in the world. My service before was horrible. So bad, I was considering another dealership altogether. She restored my faith in NW Dodge! Overall, I would recommend this dealership! More
