Went in for an oil change. I was in and out quickly. I was frustrated when they recommended a cabin air filter change. My year and model of vehicle does not have a cabin air I was in and out quickly. I was frustrated when they recommended a cabin air filter change. My year and model of vehicle does not have a cabin air filter, regardless of trim level. I am even getting mailings from Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge reminding me of this service concern and to make arrangements to come back in and get the cabin air filter replaced. It does give me pause about any other recommended service when they get that one wrong. I am hoping that is not a scam for those who don’t realize they don’t have it. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at Northwest. More
