Extremely displeased. Last service was I dropped off my '21 Charger Scat Pack for Rim Repair. A couple days after getting my car back I went to remove each wheel to clean Last service was I dropped off my '21 Charger Scat Pack for Rim Repair. A couple days after getting my car back I went to remove each wheel to clean the brake calipers and found 1 wheel missing a lug nut totally (only 4 were on it) and on 1 other wheel, they had put 2 of my locking lug nuts on the same wheel. In the process, I also found 4 lug nuts extremely loose. I know a third party did the repair, but it is totally unacceptable that the Dealership did not check the work before notifying me the car was ready. Not only was this shoddy workmanship, but extremely unsafe also. If something had happened and a wheel would have come off causing an accident, I would have held the Dealership accountable and filed charges. It seems each time I have had the car in for work, I have had major issues with the Service Department and have had to get a Manager involved, whicj quite frankly is almost impossible at this Dealership, but I am persistant and LOUD. More

I was very impressed with this dealership. Although they were an hour away from my location and there were many dealerships I could have chosen, i picked this one. William the salesman went above and beyond with all my questions and always responded to me quickly whenever I had questions. William is very knowledgeable and worked with financing department to get me going out the door. The finance department understood my needs and worked diligently to make the deal happen in an expedient manner. All the staff I encountered were pleasant, open, friendly and respectful. and were eager to help. Should I need a vehicle in the future I will definately be going back to this dealership.
