Well what happens is what I explained before, I took my car to a transmission repair service when it was delivered to me this past Friday, I just got home and the car no longer wanted to work and I tried to call the service, nobody answered my call until I sent Josue an email and he replied that he does not answer calls, only emails and told me that I had to take the car back to the workshop, to which I replied saying who would pay for the towing service since the problem is theirs, not mine and I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused, today Monday I brought the car at 10 in the morning and it is 4 in the afternoon and they have me waiting for a car to return to my house since my car has to be repaired again and again I asked to speak with a supervisor and they also denied me saying that he is in meetings and cannot attend me

Always wants to keep my vehicle for 3 to 5 days for service And not give me anything to drive. That is totally unacceptable More
