Customer service was good and timely once I got someone's attention. I walked in and there was a bank of Advisors either too busy or busy talking with other employees. Even though this is a Dodge dealer, I was having a higher-end Grand Cherokee serviced for its first Jeep Wave oil change. It would be nice if the experience of waiting was made a little more special via access to water, snacks or a soft drink. Only available items were a coffee bar (pay) a snack machine and a drink machine. Better than some dealers, but you wonder if a dealer is pinching pennies on Customer perks where else are they saving money? Doesn't have to be the equivalent of a Lexus or other similarly priced SUV, but could be a better experience overall. More
