They did not turn my oil light off, did not do the car wash as told and I waited 5 hours just to leave without knowing if the oil was actually changed or not. This was the most displeased I have been with NW Dodge since I first began taking my truck there. I lived very close at the time I bought the truck and I wanted to keep the truck in the best condition pos since I first began taking my truck there. I lived very close at the time I bought the truck and I wanted to keep the truck in the best condition possible so decided to have all the preventive maintenance and upkeep, as well as any issues I might incur through the duration of ownership performed by Dodge. I had a couple of service reps that I really liked and they provided a very good experience. I have had two others that have not left a good taste in my mouth. One of them mixed up a service package that I had bought ultimately resulting in me losing one of my services paid for. In addition, I found out that the service package I had purchased wasn't even being done correctly. I had bought the more expensive 3 services package with the synthetic oil change and they had been putting non synthetic oil in it every time. They just told me that it really wasn't a big difference in the oils. Yeah, probably because you didn't pay for it and not receive what you paid for, didn't want to get yourself in trouble for the oversight or intentional robbery, and it isn't you on the losing end. The rep then proceeded to tell me that he was going to fix the paperwork and email it to me, which took me calling every other day for two weeks to get resolved. Upon resolution the paperwork reflected some switcheroo he had done and I ended up losing one of my services altogether. I didn't even care to bother with it at this point anymore so I just cut my losses. This last time I went back I had a female service rep who was unpolite, had no attention to detail, and no respect for my time. I asked her many questions and she only addressed the ones she wanted to, brushed other concerns under the table, giving me her opinion of when services need to be performed, going against the scheduled maintenance plan that is available with any Mopar vehicle you buy through the app, that I told her I was reading from. She was very delayed in answering my inquiries in a timely manner, and when all services to be performed were finally completed, she didn't bother to tell me what time they were closing until 30 minutes before they closed. I was planning to finance the payment, but that couldn't be done because their systems were down due to inclement weather, plus I was required to provide ID and the credit card I was using in person. Not having enough time to get over there, and my needing the truck back, I had no other choice than to pay over the phone in full, and then pay for my own Uber back to the dealership to pick up my truck. Once I got in the truck I was pleased at how nice and clean it looked until I happened to look down at my front passenger Husky floor mat to see that while cleaning the car, they damaged the mat, xxxxxxx the Husky Decal bubble off the mat, and just traces of the glue residue there. To add insult to injury, nobody bothered to say anything about the incident. While all of this is happening, I lost my driver's license at some point in the chaos. I reached back out leaving a voicemail as well as text for my service rep and I still have yet to hear back from her in regards to the damage of my personal property that went unspoken and my asking her to please respond as soon as possible because I was trying to locate my missing ID I think got lost there when I picked up the truck late at the receptionist's desk. I followed up by trying to call the dealership many time the following day. The phones just rang and rang until such time I just would hang up and try again. Finally, at the end of the day, I was able to reach a live person. I explained to her what all had taken place and she told me that she would leave my rep a message to reach out to me asap, as well as just get me in contact with anyone in service to see if someone else might be able to assist in the absence of my rep. This was never done. I haven't received a single communication back from anyone More
I am not sure what is wrong with this dealership service department, something systemic I believe. Service dept. people seemed like they did not want to talk, get rid of me as fast as they can. I made num department, something systemic I believe. Service dept. people seemed like they did not want to talk, get rid of me as fast as they can. I made numerous calls to check on the status of my repair but repeatedly got caught up in a series of waiting for people in their service department to answer their phone. When I left messages they go unanswered. I will never return to this dealership. More
Terrible service in service dept. Ram 1500 3 weeks old in for repair. I called over 30 times with no reply. Only way to get service dept. was to call sales and ask them to go over Ram 1500 3 weeks old in for repair. I called over 30 times with no reply. Only way to get service dept. was to call sales and ask them to go over to service dept and ask them to call me. Over 15 calls to their service manager, Khari Woods, went unreplied to. Ram Car was as bad. She is terrible and I believe the root of their problems. Do not use this service dept. I would rank them 0 stars if I could More
I felt like the entire process was a little slow. Although this was not entirely on Jeep, things could’ve been done a little quicker. Mel, was great! Although this was not entirely on Jeep, things could’ve been done a little quicker. Mel, was great! More
