There were so many things that had not been done like gas in the tank, all fluids were empty. Oil had not been changed. Only got one fob. These are little things but should have been taken care of. Working with Carl was a pleasure. I had the settlement amount from my totaled Ford Explorer and couldn’t go over it, $8,000.
