Really regret buying this truck. So many issues with it now. I was insured that the truck had been gone over by two dealership. Got in home and the air cleaner looked like it hadn’t been changed in 100 thousand miles . Was completely plugged, can’t believe the truck would even run. Now less than 500 miles after buying it the transmission is taking a xxxx. Plus the fact that I was told before driving 349 miles to buy the truck that everything worked. Took the truck on test drive and electric mirror didn’t work. Cup holder was broken and tailgate didn’t work. In the end it is my fault , I seen some red flags and should have walk away. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Northwest Motor Group in Pasco, WA. I’m very pleased with the car and the process of the purchase, which was a bit more complicated, since I was buying it as a Motor Group in Pasco, WA. I’m very pleased with the car and the process of the purchase, which was a bit more complicated, since I was buying it as a Montana business owner and licensing it in MT and not in WA. My sales rep, Carl Robanske was entirely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Because it would be 3 days before I could come to see and test drive the car, Carl was able to work out an arrangement for the car to be removed from the sales lot until I was able to travel to Pasco. I came as agreed on the scheduled date and time, test drove the car with Carl, was very pleased with it and completed the purchase within about an hour or so. I’ve given Carl 5 stars for his excellent handling of the sales process and only downgraded the dealership rating from 5 to 4 stars because there was some confusion and mishandling of the car title which delayed my ability to get the title transfer and registration handled in the time frame I had planned. Otherwise I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire sales process. More
