Northwest Motorsport - Puyallup 300

SS Trailblazer I was looking online for a SS Trailblazer, I have wanted one for the past five years but could never find one with low miles. I came across one for sale at Northwest Motorsport, I immediately sent an email asking if the vehicle was still available. Within thirty minutes of sending the email I received a response. I was told the vehicle was still available and asked if I would like to schedule a test drive. I scheduled one for the following day which was Saturday at 1500. I showed up that day with my daughter pumped to get into the vehicle, to my surprise the car was not there. The sales associate Terrance Davis explained there had been a confusion and the vehicle had been shipped to their sister lot 400 miles away, easy to say I was not happy. He apologised and asked if I wanted to look at another vehicle, I said the only vehicle I was interested in has been shipped away so I will be leaving. He asked me to wait a minute while he went to talk with his manager. Moments later he came back and said I can get the vehicle back here for you but you have to purchases it first. I told him never in my whole life have I purchased a vehicle without seeing it let alone driving it. He showed me the car fax along with all the cars features. He said if the vehicle arrives and it is not what I promised the deal is vowed and you get your deposit back. I asked him to drop the price as well since the vehicle wasn't here, without hesitation he agreed. I was told the vehicle would be in on Monday and he would give me a call. Monday afternoon came and I received my phone call, come pick up your car. I drove down to the lot expecting to be disappointed in some way. I quickly inspected the vehicle inside and out, checked all the electronics. Car was absolutely clean, I was handed the keys and told take it for a spin. With the 6.0 motor in it the car roared down the road, beastly! Terrance told me to pull into the gas station so he could fill up my tank, then we drove back to the dealership. Once we pulled in he asked me if the deal was off, I smiled and said give me my keys and smashed out the lot in my new SS. I put my trust in the people at Northwest Motorsport and was greatly rewarded, when is time to buy again this is where I will come. More

Poor customer service after purchase The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. We purchased a used car from them. I was told the car was fully inspected and had to meet NW Motorsports The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. We purchased a used car from them. I was told the car was fully inspected and had to meet NW Motorsports high standards. I thought I was purchasing a safe and reliable car for my son who was turning 16. We brought the car home and the next day it failed to start. The car was found to have an electrical problem that cost almost $1000 to fix. I have attempted to contact the dealership with no response. I'm very disappointed with their post purchase customer service. More

First truck I have to say I had a great first time buying experience with northwest motorsport. As well Terrance took it upon himself to clean up my new truck himself ( truck had ash from fires on it) found him detailing it when I left financing. At no point did these guys make me feel pressured or uncomfortable about my purchase. All in all a great truck buying experience. More
