I sent out a feeler email and that day Terrance emailed me back. We then began to speak via phone and he made the whole process easy. What made Terrance stand out was that he was not pushy. We weren't able to come into work for a few days. I've dealt with car salesmen in the past who push for the sale and throw customer service out the window. Terrance was not like that and helped us set up a plan to come in a few days later. Prior to arriving at the dealership I guess there was an issue with one of the locks on the vehicle we were interested in. Terrance made sure ahead of time the lock was fixed and all the kinks were worked out. The vehicle was great and we decided to purchase. I'm not a fan of buying cars and Terrance made the process pain free even when we had a baby to deal with at the dealership. I would highly recommend contacting or asking to speak to Terrance if you are interested in buying a truck or SUV from NWMS. You will not be disappointed.
