My only concern about my service was the technology fee, charged when I used my credit card. I was charged $64 to use my card, which has never happened when I've had service done there. I bought a vehicle from this dealership July 31, 2024. The service was good, friendly and helpful. Yet my experience with professionalism is why I rated this dealership so low. As I asked for a hybrid vehicle for gig driving as it would save me much money on gas. We agreed on a vehicle a Toyota Corolla Cross. All black with leather interior. They said they had the car at a different lot and convinced me to do the paperwork for the car before even seeing the car. I qualified signed all the paperwork & waited for the car. When it arrived it turned out to be a regular gas car. I wasn’t happy and went in to talk with them. They said it was $3000 more and that I couldn’t qualify for it. Yet they managed to qualify me for a $3000 extended service contract which would be useless to me as it was only good for up to 65k miles. It comes with a factory warranty up to 25k miles. So my choice was to not get a car or accept what I didn’t want. I ended up accepting it as I already spent all my time there doing all the paperwork, but I will never shop here again as they never informed me it was not a hybrid I found it out for myself. I also canceled the extended warranty as I didn’t get what I wanted so why should I allow them to keep the service contract. As this I found out is how they make their money. My advice don’t do business here unless your desperate. Yet even then accept the fact that they will walk all over you. As they did me. They even set me up on the highest loan rate I had ever seen at 32%. Shop here at your own risk More
