Took my truck in for simple Oil change, took 3 hours , called - ready for pick up , when i arrived , they could not find my keys??? one of the service employees told me they take other keys with them to different cars because it is to far to walk back to the key storage area??? turns out they sent my keys home with another customers vehicle ??? feeling very safe and secure with my keys being in someone else's possession for hours (NOT) - an employee drove to the other customer location and picked up my keys - returned to dealer 2 hours later. wasted a whole day, stranded for hours, no drink offered , no chair , nothing . To top it off - no apologies - no discount, no free car wash , no free oil change - Javier stated we offered to take you back to work??? i will NEVER return to this Dealer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Javier Gutierrez should be fired !!!! More

Paint on a new car should last more than 2 years! I bought a brand new 2016 Corolla 2 years ago and noticed some paint flaking/chipping. I took it in yesterday to get it looked at and the service mana I bought a brand new 2016 Corolla 2 years ago and noticed some paint flaking/chipping. I took it in yesterday to get it looked at and the service manager said it was "damage that occurred while buffing or polishing". I thought that was odd because the only people who have washed my car (other than myself) was Norwalk Toyota. I explained to him that I have never buffed or polished my car but the service manager stopped listening to me, gave me a $12 touch-up paint kit and told me to go. Upset, I decided to take my car to an automotive body/paint shop. The independent body/paint shop told me that the chipping was either due to a defect in the paint or poor prep work and not due to buffing or polishing. I took my car back to Norwalk Toyota and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that the chipping "was from an outside influence" and that they would not cover it. Again, I took my car to a different and independent automotive body/paint shop and they confirmed that the chipping was due to poor prep work. Norwalk Toyota's slogan is "whatever it takes". Little did I know that their slogan meant that they will do whatever it takes to get out of covering your warranty. I am currently taking this issue up with corporate HQ. More

Excellent service I have 2014 Avalon Touring and had been serviced 3 times in this dealership. Service rep Melina Stevenson Has excellent knowledge an war attitude. I have 2014 Avalon Touring and had been serviced 3 times in this dealership. Service rep Melina Stevenson Has excellent knowledge an war attitude. She gave me a complete list of checked 27 point inspection including thickness of each brake pad. Wash the car every time after service even small job. Recommended More

Wrong Car I did a credit application and got approved over phone. I was told they had my Red Camry XSE. When I got there ut was Silver! They tried to make me take it! 4 hours later I went home with NO car! Tommie called me a month later saying they had my Red XSE. They brought car down from Norwalk to me at 8 pm on Thanksgiving eve, & rushed me to sign the contract! The next morning I realized they bought me the WRONG car! It was a Camry SE- not XSE! When I looked at contract it was written for the SE but they were still giving me the higher payments for the XSE and they didn't want to ammend the payments for the cheaper car! When i told them to come get the car, they gave me a hard time about coming to get this car I did NOT ask for! Who does that? I had to contact the owner of dealership to get satisfaction! General manager was of NO assistance! I would have kept the car if they would have ammended the payment! More

POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. I BROUGHT A CERTIFIED 2008 SCION XB TO FIND THE NEXT FEW DAYS THE TIRES HAD OUTTER WEAR DAMAGE, WINDSHIELD DETTACHING FROM THE MOLDING , AFTERMARKET PARTS, RUNNING PAINT A 2008 SCION XB TO FIND THE NEXT FEW DAYS THE TIRES HAD OUTTER WEAR DAMAGE, WINDSHIELD DETTACHING FROM THE MOLDING , AFTERMARKET PARTS, RUNNING PAINT ALL OVER THE CAR. TOOK THE CAR IN SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO SHAKING, HESITATE TO START AND ALL THE ISSUE STATED ABOVE. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING JUST REPLACED THE TIRES. I CONTACTED SCION CORP AND MY LAWYWER TO INFORM THE THAT I WAS SOLD A LEMON.... TWO WEEKS LATER THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN AGAIN AND WHEN I ARRIVE I WAS TOLD BY THERE SALES MANAGER (DAVID) THAT THEY WOULD'NT BE FIXING ANYTHING THAT THEY WILL JUST BUY THE CAR BACK. EVERYONE AT THE DEALER IS SHADDY AND KNEW THAT THE CAR WASN'T IN SCION CERTIFIED CONDITION TO BE SOLD. I BELIEVE THE CAR HAD FRAME DAMAGE FROM A FRONT END ACCIDENT BUT IT WASN'T NOTED BY CARFAX.
