This place sucks. The wait time for an oil change is about 3 hours. They have lost my truck before. Stolen items from it. Several occasions have not topped off my The wait time for an oil change is about 3 hours. They have lost my truck before. Stolen items from it. Several occasions have not topped off my fluids or rotated tires I have marked my tires to prove this. Many times I have found an empty plastic cup around my oil filter. I havr tried to speak to managers before and never get a return call. Just this past Saturday I waiting almost 3 hours again and they did not top off my fluids again. I asked for service manager and he came out I told him all these things that have happened. He did not care and made an excuse that he just started working there 4 months ago. Also when I went to the service person girl who helped me to tell her about the fluids she jsut said sorry. I told her its getting worse here. She told me if I come during the week things are better. Sorry but thats no excuse. I have 1 more oil change remaining and trust me...I will never be back here again. More
