Sales person was friendly and helpful. I love my RAV4 but only thing it didn’t come with floor mats right now I have to plastic covers that were put on by dealership. They didn't do the tire rotation or check the air pressure even do I told them when I got there and when I told the person about it she told me that they did it and the technician confirmed it but wh pressure even do I told them when I got there and when I told the person about it she told me that they did it and the technician confirmed it but when I check the tires and the tires pressure it was clear they didn't even touch them now I'm wonder what else are they not doing and signing for as done I'm ver disappointed.
