It’s usually easy to make an appointment but often the appointment doesn’t necessarily mean that your car will come before others. Occasionally, the service tech doesn’t really know what your car needs. I was told this time that if my car was telling me it needed service that it just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask her to look on the computer to see what else it needed because I had a feeling there was more . They are still charging 3% if you use a credit card to pay for your service, which is outrageous and often inconvenient.
