I went to this dealership in hopes of having a great experience for purchasing my very first vehicle. I had the worse experience the whole team at Envision Toyota of Norwalk Sandra the director , Hadrie experience for purchasing my very first vehicle. I had the worse experience the whole team at Envision Toyota of Norwalk Sandra the director , Hadriel , and the finance manager Juan took complete advantage of me. They made me sign two contracts because the “date changed” when in fact the loan amount changed and they tried to cover it up when I approached this issue they said it was for commission purposes. I went to the director of the dealership Sandra and she had no remorse or worry to help me as a customer. My family has purchased vehicles from envision of Toyota and did not receive the same treatment because I went alone without anyone that had knowledge of buying a vehicle they took full advantage and misrepresented the loan. They would not give me a paper copy of my signed documents they gave me a fob and told me to stick it in my work computer if I needed to review the documents when I called back questioning why everything was the exact opposite of what they said. This is the worse place and they are not there to help the buyer but the scam them and not make the necessary corrections when confronted. This is very sad and I will be taking this to the California consumer affairs corp & vehicle board as well as the BBB More
Service department and finance department leaves me speechless when it comes to how they lie and manipulate what you pay for and what you get. Beware of the Eco block that’s supposedly comes with your vehicle. I was told that my car paint would be touched up I could take my car to be detailed at any time inside and out. All I got was a bunch of nothing. Very dissatisfied with the manipulation.My vehicle was damaged and they told me that they could not touch up the acid marks scratches on my vehicle but they still went ahead and did a Mickey Mouse job and applied some Paint that does not match my vehicle and damage the parents of my vehicle by doing so. I will not rest I paid a lot of money for this vehicle with these added packages so I will not have to worry when it comes to fixing my vehicle for major work and minor work. Please be careful with this dealership promises you because you’re gong have to fight very hard to get it More

I show up and of course they won’t do anything. They finally agreed to negotiate the markup. Great. Then there’s some xx paint protection for $995 that’s “mandated by the owner”. Long story short, I was content with the price (that was already printed for me to sign) so I fill out the credit app. Then finance guy comes out and says they won’t be able to do that price after all and the general manager is adding $2000. I cannot believe I was that far in and they went back in their word. I’ve never seen such xx at a car dealer in my life. If you go there, you will 100% get screwed. They can all go to xxxx More
Worst dealer. I’ve been passed around to 3 different salesman and at the end they tell me I’m required to purchase the paint and key protector warranty for $1500! I bought a used 2005 F250 here, all the paperwork was done. The only thing left to do was put a little gas in it for me. On the way to the gas station, the truck broke down. I was set on buying a vehicle from Toyota of Cerritos, however, after having a 2 minute phone conversation with Ivan, he earned my trust and business, FOREVER! From start to finish, he stuck to his word and made everything hassle-free! Once I was at the dealership, Raul helped me out and I was in n out of the dealership with my new truck in under 2 hours!!!! Usually buying a new car takes half a day, but not here!!! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new or used Toyota! More
