My appointment was at 8:30. I waited to be seen nearly 30 minutes after. I went inside and asked when I get seen. She stated we're only two of us and we'll be soon. I feel her tone of voice answering was rude and disrespectful. Also too, they asked if we wanted the car washed and we said yes. At the end, they said oh we too busy to wash the car and it car wash probably does not work. You had three lazy guys standing there just looking at us but not offering any help or saying well right with you. If I'm a manager of place like yours, I'll be really accept of having people just standing around looking at customers and offering any help. More
