The lady that helped me out she was very nice, but she was telling me her mechanic. The technician was recommending me to replace my tires, knowing that my tires are brand new it’s surprise me so much. Sh was telling me her mechanic. The technician was recommending me to replace my tires, knowing that my tires are brand new it’s surprise me so much. She told me that I need to replace my brakes from the front that is correct. But my tires I know I have brand new tires when I told her my tires are brand new. She tells me an excuse oh maybe you need an alignment knowing that my car already has an alignment. I knew her mechanic the technician was wrong incorrect. I was very disappointed. She knew nothing about cars. More

Super bad quality service, I took my 2024 Granhylender for service and a defect that they did fix but never put the part right back where it should of gone. We'll this time they service it and to my surpr for service and a defect that they did fix but never put the part right back where it should of gone. We'll this time they service it and to my surprise when I picked up there was a lot of oil stains inside the light area where it was visible i could only imagine the dark areas on my vehicle how bad they left it. I did put a complaint with the gentleman who took me in and did told him about the issue there service crew had left behind with dark oil stains, and also told him that it was super disrespectful on how they treated my vehicle. He did apologize and told me that he will let them know to fix the issue I just said please give them some proper training on how to service vehicles. More
