Service department and finance department leaves me speechless when it comes to how they lie and manipulate what you pay for and what you get. You pay for extended services for your vehicle and when you try to get those services the promises and the words how to take care of your vehicle is very deceiving. Beware of the Eco block that’s supposedly comes with your vehicle. I was told that my car paint would be touched up I could take my car to be detailed at any time inside and out. All I got was a bunch of nothing. Very dissatisfied with the manipulation.My vehicle was damaged and they told me that they could not touch up the acid marks scratches on my vehicle but they still went ahead and did a Mickey Mouse job and applied some Paint that does not match my vehicle and damage the parents of my vehicle by doing so. I will not rest I paid a lot of money for this vehicle with these added packages so I will not have to worry when it comes to fixing my vehicle for major work and minor work. Please be careful with this dealership promises you because you’re gong have to fight very hard to get it More

Stay as far away as you can from this place!!! Bought a brand new 2017 Tacoma 28,000 miles in and the belt tensioner went out had to miss a two days of working to try and get this done.... on a new truck brand new 2017 Tacoma 28,000 miles in and the belt tensioner went out had to miss a two days of working to try and get this done.... on a new truck are you serious? Brought it in on a Wednesday... three hours later they tell me they don’t have the part and the parts warehouse doesn’t deliver on rainy days... xxx!!! They schedule me to come in on Saturday another day I had to miss work no sorry for the inconvenience or anything like that. I bring it in on Saturday as soon as they open “ the earlier you bring it in the earlier you’ll be out of here they say” four hours later and I go see how much later do I have to wait and the tell me a few more hours ... xxx!!! Are you serious how long does it take to remove a belt and install a new belt tensioner? I was better off changing it myself it shouldn’t take no more than a couple of hours the most. Never ever come to this place !!!! If you drive a Toyota and you’re driving by don’t even turn to look at this place!!! I’m sure I’m not the first person that’s had to go through this kind of bull crap at this place. I regret buying and servicing my truck here ..... never coming here again if I can help it!!!! xxxx I still had to give them one star just to post this!!!! More
Service department sucks! I would do zero stars, but that isn't possible. The service department screwed up tightening my lug nuts twice now, resulting in snapped studs, le I would do zero stars, but that isn't possible. The service department screwed up tightening my lug nuts twice now, resulting in snapped studs, leaving my Tacoma undriveable. Hoping they'll at least help my out by replacing my studs, and teaching the inexperienced mechanics how to tighten lugs the right way. Update: Javier the service manager wouldn't repair my studs, wouldn't actually touch my truck in fact, even though I've had it serviced here about 5 times, and now says that he won't be able to help me and I'll have to get me truck towed from the dealership. They've been good so far, but today was the last straw, as my Tacoma is a daily driver, and I can't have them screwing up the most simplest of tasks, if anything I'll teach them how to do it myself. I dont nor will I ever recommend this dealer's service department!! More
Horrible Horrible customer service I took my van in for maintenance on July 3, 2019 I Picked it up on the July 5th. As I was getting in my van I noticed all of my personal belongings I took my van in for maintenance on July 3, 2019 I Picked it up on the July 5th. As I was getting in my van I noticed all of my personal belongings that I kept in the glove compartments where on the floor. My jewelry was taken too. I filed a police report. The manager Frank hasn’t reached out to me or my husband. I’m not sure what he’s waiting on or if he frankly doesn’t care what happens to his customers. More
