Nucar Mazda went above and beyond for me. Love being a loyal customer. Late friday evening my car had been broken into and Front Passenger window busted in. Glass everywhere. Luckily I already had a service appt scheduled for Saturday morning and Will (service specialist rep) at the desk was very accommodating quickly looking into a quote with the potential of adding on glass repair service. Nucar Mazda's team diligently took action and completed all services in no time and went above and beyond what was necessary to clean majority of the glass and bring my vehicle back to operable condition. Love them , Love them , Love them. 10 Stars for the team!! More
I brought my Equinox EV in for 3 things: 7500 mile service, adaptive cruise control recall, and no network/OnStar. I called and left 2 voicemail 5 and 7 hours after my scheduled time and got no respon service, adaptive cruise control recall, and no network/OnStar. I called and left 2 voicemail 5 and 7 hours after my scheduled time and got no response. Eventually, I received a text message saying the car would be ready the next day. I used the text to get info. The next day I was told the telematics module was broken and needed replacing. The part was 4+ days out. I picked up my car and now I can't use Bluetooth as it disconnects every 15-30 seconds. Went to text again and was told initially that no work was done to that area but then later was told the parts work together. So now I drive a car that functions like a 1990s car with no Bluetooth and no advanced infotainment. GPS, or onstar safety. 3 days after picking up the car and no contact from dealership with a parts delivery estimate. Not the experience I was expecting. More

Staff including service manager were awesome to deal with. Got my tires and alignment done quickly, answered all my questions and even got me a ride to and from the dealership.I am happy with my choice with.
