Brought car in for recalls. Told it was going to take 2 hrs +or- took 5 hours we were told it was all set. Gave us the car back only to find the recall issue wasn't working. Cal Told it was going to take 2 hrs +or- took 5 hours we were told it was all set. Gave us the car back only to find the recall issue wasn't working. Called spoke to Brian who told me that it was working when they gave it back. Had to bring it back and the problem was bent connector pins so it was obvious it wasn't working the first time they gave it back. Also told my wife the paperwork would be emailed and didn't happen I called the next day and spoke to Chris told him about the paperwork and he said he'd email it to me. Never happened. More
