I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me for the oil change and tire rotation, but didn't rotate my tires (I marked my tires ahead of the appointment). The problem you have is lack of Auto Technicians. It's hard for Service Manager to enforce what they expect of them. So they try their best to get by. Til you have enough Technicians. Have experienced this kind of situation. I have been around the world with GM for excellent achievements. I think Michelle should be appreciated and have a littke more assistance in finding more Technician's. I was a ASE Mastertech. I hope you realize that a A tech is worth $40 - $60 hour.
