I was sold a master tech plan on my original purchase of my 2016 Silverado diesel. Unhappy Customer Had my car towed in on a Sunday by Tuesday of that week it had not even been looked at and Wednesday was a Holiday. On Thursday I called to complain Had my car towed in on a Sunday by Tuesday of that week it had not even been looked at and Wednesday was a Holiday. On Thursday I called to complain to the Service Manager but got Voicemail and no call back. When I followed up shortly after that call the car was magically done! BTW, I've noticed some spotting on my driveway after they completed the work and I may have to go back because the work should be under warranty. I missed work and had to use personal days because the dealership did not feel the need to communicate with me. Not sure If I would use this shop again unless it is for warranty work. More
