Joe Baker, who handled the extended warranties, was also very fast and responsive to my questions about the various extended options. They would not budge on the price, which I found a little disappointing - but I do think I paid a fair price. Everyone at the dealership (with the exception of the receptionist) was very friendly and helpful. More
