It took 55 minu They were most helpful in setting up my appointment and procuring a loaner vehicle through Hertz. The Hertz experience was exhausting. It took 55 minutes to rent a vehicle. I guess Monday mornings must be very busy! With respect to fixing my list of three items under warranty - they are batting 333. One for three is very good in baseball but not so much in repairing vehicles. They were able to fix the rattle near the steering wheel. The transmission slippage at 5-8 mph upon acceleration was finally duplicated after I took the technician for a ride but he said there is no fix unless GM releases a software fix. There is a sweet smell odor when first starting the vehicle and then driving off. It dissipates after driving for about one minute. It appears to be coming from the blower while the A/C unit is on. More
