My husband and I went to Lannan Chevrolet in Lowell in search of a used pickup truck. Initially we purchased a used vehicle, and the next day went back and purchased a new Silverado 1500 instead. When we went back the next day to purchase new instead, Jimmy T. was off, and we worked with Carlton, who was equally as wonderful. No pressure, no games. They worked with us to make us happy with a vehicle, a price and a payment plan that worked for us. Joe Baker was excellent in getting us the right bank and explaining the warranty information. Kevin Dogherty was instrumental in getting us the vehicle and the price we wanted. Overall working with this group of people at this dealership was a wonderful experience. originally i went in for a new vehicle upon discussing my price ranges with Russ and Dan they suggest a used vehicle after driving it, I discovered that I liked the Saturn Vue. after all was said and done I price ranges with Russ and Dan they suggest a used vehicle after driving it, I discovered that I liked the Saturn Vue. after all was said and done I ended up going with this vehicle. Russ Mann was the sales consultant that worked with me. Although I was told he has only been there a short time, I think he is doing a great job! He was extremely friendly and informative. I told him what I was interested in and he found me exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that he listened to the options I wanted instead of telling me what I needed. I have had some very bad experiences at other dealerships with pushy sales people just trying to make a "sale" and I can honestly say that I never felt that way at Lannan. Kevin Dogherty the General Sales Manager was also very helpful. Even though I thought my own credit union would give me the best interest rate, he found me a better one! The following day he even had all my paperwork ready when I got there. Besides being helpful, Kevin has the patience of at saint! I changed the amount of my deposit and the paperwork needed to be redone. Joe Baker the Business Manager came in to assist with my paperwork. He explained all the warranty information and financing information carefully and clearly and had everything done quickly. Overall I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy my 2012 Chevy Equinox at Lannan Chevrolet. More
