Initially okay. Delivery day was confusing. Initially everything was okay. Salesman was informative. After paperwork was signed we felt abandoned. The technician who did inspection gave us the key and at that point we didn't see salesman. I had to look for him to come and explain the functions of the car to my wife. We were given the manual for a 2016 vehicle. We need to get a manual for a 2015 vehicle. We are also waiting for a second key. More

Service was good but warrantee info not applied at time of s Service center was not able to locate my Master Tech Warrantee and attemted to charge me full price for the service. I had to go down to the dealersh Service center was not able to locate my Master Tech Warrantee and attemted to charge me full price for the service. I had to go down to the dealership and follow up with the underwriter to get confirmation on my warrantee. This is the 3rd time I have had to go up the ladder to get my warantee applied to my service. Please make a notation on my account regarding my warantee information so this does not happen again in the future. More
