Quick, efficient service I scheduled routine maintenance online a couple of days before I wanted to have it performed. When i arrived at Lannan I was immediately met by a frie I scheduled routine maintenance online a couple of days before I wanted to have it performed. When i arrived at Lannan I was immediately met by a friendly service adviser who quickly brought my appointment up on her computer screen and, after asking me if I needed any additional items checked while the vehicle was there, She printed out the paperwork and told me the car would be ready in about an hour. Right on time she came into the waiting area and advised me the car was ready. Cashing out I was able to use some Chevy points to pay for part of the service so I was very happy about that. The cashier was very helpful guiding me through the prompts on the app to obtain a certificate. All in all a very friendly and efficient operation.. More

Great Experience at Lannan I pulled in and spent a few minutes talking to the dispatcher, watched TV for 1/2 hours and then pulled out of the lot. 18 month service was done and I pulled in and spent a few minutes talking to the dispatcher, watched TV for 1/2 hours and then pulled out of the lot. 18 month service was done and I was satisfied. Could not fix my car I took my Chevy Cruze in because the check engine light came on. After dropping it off in the morning I received a call saying that they knew there wa I took my Chevy Cruze in because the check engine light came on. After dropping it off in the morning I received a call saying that they knew there was a problem but could not find it and at the minimum it would take 3 hours to do so. I declined this request as they bill their labor out at a ridiculously high rate. So, in the end, I was left to pay a $130 bill for no repair on my car and no promise that even if I left it they would be able to fix it. The invoice stated that they checked two areas of the air intake system of my car, visually inspected the rest and ended up telling me that there’s no telling how long it would take to find the leak. To me this just seems like a very lack luster job. I understand that engines are complex but it was one system of the engine that needed checking. They are a Chevy dealership so you think that they would specialize in Chevy cars and maybe have seen this problem before. I would also think that a “visual inspection” should not take over an hour and cost such a high amount. Overall just a very dissatisfying experience, $130 for nothing and no other option given to try to take a step in the right direction such as testing or replacing the sensor throwing the error. More
