Even though I now live in New York State I continue to come back to Clay for my auto service needs. I recently worked with Lisa Turenne on a big project. Additionally, the waiting room is was very comfortable. I felt like I could have hung out there happily for an entire day -- but, of course, I didn't have to. Buying a car is a big purchase for any individual. Back in May 2011, my spouse's 2001 Chevy Malibu was ready to retire and the time had come for her to get a new Chevy. We went to various Chevy dealers in MA and RI, but customer service and the experience was extremely lacking. The sale consultants at these dealerships were focusing on "what they wanted to sell" and not what "we" the customer wanted. Also, if I wanted to be swarmed by vultures, we would of went to Southwick's Zoo in Mendon..... However, at Clay Chevrolet Hyundai, we did not have this experience. We met Brian M Greeley, who actually listened to what the customer wanted and their needs. He was very focused on our needs and we did not feel rushed when making our big decision. It was a very different expeience compared to some of the other dealers we went to, Brian was very personable, friendly, and actually very easy to work with. We were never pressured to get a higher end model or a "used" vehicle for the same price range we were looking at in our budget. The price of the 2011 Chevy Malibu was very comparable to what you would research online. Our overall experience with Brian M Greeley at Clay Chevrolet Hyundai was very positive and we would strongly recommend if you want a great sales consultant to see Brian!!!! Even within a couple of weeks after our purchase, Brian called and followed up to see how things were going with our new Chevy Malibu. From this experience, I went back to Brian today to purchase a new 2012 Chevy Equinox. My experience was the same that I experienced with my wife back in May 2011. Thank you Brian. More

My wife and I were extremely please with Clay Chevrolet in Norwood. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We went to Clay Chevrolet to purchase a new car. This is the second car that we've purchased through Clay. We originally thought we'd purchase an SUV but our budget wasn't cooperating :-) Brian was extrem the second car that we've purchased through Clay. We headed toward a sedan, took a test ride and ended up walking off the property with a new 2011 Malibu that I totally love. I've had 3 SUV's and this sedan totally won my heart. I enjoy driving it - the features are remarkable - Onstar, sirius, handling, just everything about it is a pleasure. I'll be back.... in 10 years, 'cause that's what I expect to get out of this. As soon as I walked into Clay Chevrolet, Norwood a salesman approached me to assist his help. I was happy that I didn't have to wait long for assistance. I was in the market for an SUV and Mr Scevio salesman approached me to assist his help. I was happy that I didn't have to wait long for assistance. I was in the market for an SUV and Mr Sceviour walked me through all the different options and made it possible for me to afford the Chevy Equinox in which I purchased. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was very patient.. Because of the wonderful service I experienced at Clay Chevrolet I purchased a 2011 chevy cruze back in June.. I knew right away from that positive experience that I wanted to go back in and buy another automobile. I purchased a 2012 chevy Equinox in November and I am very happy with my decision. I went to Clay Chevrolet to see the new Corvette. At first I was not looking to buy one. I met Scott Geller and he was terrific. He took his time with me, never rushing me or pushing me to buy. I went back several times to see the car and Scott was there for me every time. He allowed me to test drive the car and never acted like the stereotypical car salesman. He was patient and truly wanted to be helpful. Even after I bought the car, he helped me gain possession of it despite a paperwork glitch. When I came to pick up the car, he patiently demonstrated the different functions of the various knobs and buttons even though the could have been doing other things I am now a Corvette owner thanks to Scott Geller. I can't say enough good about my interactions with him. However, I can say that when it is time to buy a new car, I will come back to Scott More

He asked questions to find out what I was looking for and what my restrictions were and then worked with me to show me what he felt I would like, never giving off an impression that he knew better than I what I was looking for.
