disappointing service experience and vehicle performance Leased vehicle scheduled service, oil change, tire rotation. Vehicle indicated Stabilitrak servicing needed although less than 7k mileage. When I mentioned to Service Associate at check-in desk he seemed overwhelmed and distracted. There were at least two other Associates at monitors but not assisting arriving customers. They didn't appear to be assisting customer volume. When providing service to Chevrolet customers, does the Boch service group work only as individuals or a team? Seems to lack efficiency as I've seen elsewhere. Technician had to order part and identified malfunctioning sensor. Again, vehicle has low mileage so the problem seems to indicate lack of component quality of vehicle. Are there other potential equipment issues if I were an owner?? More

Car buying Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to see a truck that I called ahead for. When I showed up I was told to stand and wa Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to see a truck that I called ahead for. When I showed up I was told to stand and wait at the front while the manager went around asking if anyone could serve me (I was supposed to have an appoitment) when he finally found the last salesman sitting in a corner office. I sit in the salesman’s office for about 15 minutes while he is off doing other things. Finally he comes back for license and other things for the test drive. I come outside and the truck is FILTHY. I don’t mean the outside, which was dirty also but whatever, I mean the inside. I was told the manager had been driving it for a couple days and his tobacco chew spitter was sitting in the center console and clothes were dumped out in the back seat. There were no apologies or attempts to at least make it look somewhat presentable before I got in. Then we got back after a (maybe) .25 mike test drive which didn’t even give me a chance to get a feel for the truck and the manager starts saying how he won’t move more than a couple hundred dollars on a used truck that’s been sitting on the lot. All around did not seem knowledable about their trucks and were very unprofessional. More
