Had a mixed experience. I paid full cash for my car and then never heard from the dealership for days, and was not able to get in touch with anyone. When I finally got my ca I paid full cash for my car and then never heard from the dealership for days, and was not able to get in touch with anyone. When I finally got my car 2 weeks later, it was filthy. There was coke spilled in the back seat and coffee spilled in the front cup holder. Really disappointing since I asked twice during my test drives if the car would be cleaned before it was delivered to me and both times they said of course. My experience with sales was not great and I had to do a lot of the following-up on my own which was usually unsuccessful. The initial guy I test drove with (Austin) was great. Super friendly. Greg who assisted with my finances was also fabulous and super helpful. The runner was also so incredibly kind. More
